The ever growing discoveries of Oil and Gas in the African continent over the recent years, Tanzania has steadily emerged as a major prospect for natural gas production. Understanding the importance of these discoveries, Simba Pipe Industries Limited is committed to assisting the Government of Tanzania and private investors in realizing the country’s goals within the sector.
With this commitment, we were the first piping company to manufacturer ISO-4437 and TBS certified PE gas pipes locally using prime virgin resin. Since then we have supplied to a number of gas distribution projects around the country for both domestic and industrial connections.
SPIL is also an official Honeywell channel partner for their PMC product lines including Elster, Gorter, Smartline, Field Instruments and Control Systems since 2020. In collaboration with our partners Honeywell, we supplied and installed a 90-35 bar Pressure Reduction and Metering Station as a sub-contractor in the Kinyerezi-II power plant.
